How long will it take to receive my order?

At the moment, it takes between 5-15 business days for delivery depending on where your order is shipping to. We are in the process of decreasing our shipping time. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

After your order ships out, you should receive an email with a tracking number. Click on that link, and you’ll be directed to a page where you can track your order.

Orders typically ship out within 2-3 business days. If you can't find your tracking number, please contact us. 

 

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we ship worldwide, with the exclusion of a few countries. We may ship to every country in the future.

 

What happens if my order could not be delivered?

This is rare, and usually happens due to an error on the shipping address, a failed delivery attempt, or the item being delivered to a remote location. In these cases, we encourage you to reach out to the local post office to schedule a time for the package to be delivered or arrange a pickup.
